Spiritual Entrepreneurs, Eight Steps to Reinvent Your New Or Existing Business

You've probably heard some say that this is actually a time of new opportunity, for innovation. Even if you face challenges, if this is your perspective, you'll achieve your desired outcomes even that much faster. Not only is a positive attitude good for you, but clients and customers feel your confidence and energy, and they respond to it. Who doesn't want to connect with a confident person who offers value and a solution at this time?

So, what can you do to create the shift you want?

First, get your energy aligned with the belief there is a solution and that you'll find or create it. You've faced challenges before and gone beyond them. Think about what you did then, whether at the inner, outer, or both levels. What worked? What can you borrow from that time to use now? Especially when you feel challenged, remind yourself that if you found a solution before, you will again. Doubts that you can move forward create knots in your energy. You want to focus on what you can do and stay open to inspired ideas. You won't leverage energy and time if you focus on what's not working or what's wrong. Follow Wallace Wattles' suggestion in "The Science of Getting Rich": don't get competitive, get creative!

Second, write a letter to your inner guidance or whatever you call the infinite intelligence. You want to start by writing down everything you don't want (non-paying, non-ideal clients, etc.) and don't want to feel (anxious, overwhelmed, etc.). Then, write down everything you do want and do want to feel. Ask to be shown how to stay open to inspired ideas, next actions, and new opportunities. Keep a log of the positive evidences that come to you. They will.

Third, write down your vision of your ideal business. This includes every aspect you can think of from hours you work and vacation time to ideal clients who pay eagerly and value you and what you offer, to feeling motivated, relaxed, and in flow every morning you wake. Be selfish. What do you want your ideal business to look and feel like for you?

Fourth, write down the qualities of your ideal clients or customers. This may include demographics, geographics, and psychographics (niche-specific items), but this is your opportunity to list things you may never have considered before like: clients/customers value my services, are fun to work with, or that you build a genuine, long-lasting connection (relationship) with them that's mutually beneficial.

Fifth, give thought to what is unique about you, not just your product or service. What is it that you bring to the table? Don't discount anything as insignificant. One simple thing may make all the difference. Maybe you already do it and don't know it. Maybe there's something you've always wanted to do, but hesitate to take the risk. Think: Pet Rock.

Sixth, what would it look or feel like to move from selling to service? I don't mean on the surface, I mean to the point where who you are and what you offer are one. How would clients or customers feel about talking with you if you weren't attached to any outcome in your initial conversation other than to see if they're your ideal you desire to work with or if what you offer really will solve their issue or problem?

Seventh, have you ever asked yourself what's going on for clients or customers before you ask them? This isn't as odd a question as it may seem. Truth is you have inner conversations with yourself all the time as you try to anticipate what a potential client or customer might ask or say. You can make this a more productive process so you feel comfortable and confident no matter what comes up in a conversation.

Eighth, do you have a plan? Does your plan break down into actions, steps, categories that require actions, and also deal with the "Yeah, buts" that come up?

As you consider the eight suggestions listed above, let your imagination lead you to open to how doing these might not only amp up your productivity, creativity, and enthusiasm, but lead you to the right words when you speak about yourself and what you do or create promotional and marketing materials. Imagine creating materials that serve rather than sell.

The Metaphysical Characteristics Of The Seven Rays

Similarly to our physical sun whose light can be broken up into its seven component colors, the Solar Logos of our system is a source of seven great cosmic Rays (or cosmic Flames) of spiritual light. They penetrate our microcosm, build and enrich one of the highest bodies of our microcosm - our causal body. To each of the seven rays there can be assigned various spiritual and physical qualities. The term "Ray" is used to signify one special type of force or energy. These great streams of energy interpenetrate one other and produce complex systems and manifestations. The seven Rays surpass any possible description by words, or even by thoughts or feelings. They are too essential to be confined within our limited perception of reality. Still, certain description of these Rays is possible in terms of the corresponding qualities. Certain qualities of the Rays can be also connected to the seven chakras and to the crystals and mineral kingdom.

The Blue Ray is the first Ray of light. The energy of this Flame is the first and final synthesis, the source of all the other energies. The basic qualities of the Blue Flame are manifested through the energies of power, strength, faith, protection and God's will. Sunday is the day when the irradiation of this Ray is especially dominant. Its most prominent representative is Archangel Michael.

The Yellow Ray is the second Ray of light. This is a Ray of consciousness. The energy of the yellow flame qualifies and teaches, enabling the processes of synthesis, love, wisdom, enlightenment and peace. Monday is the day when this ray is especially dominant. Archangel Jophiel, the Angel of enlightenment is the most prominent representative of the Yellow Ray and yellow Flame.

From the third Ray of the pink Flame we see a manifestation of the activities, intents, and wisdom of the first two rays: the first Blue Ray and the second Yellow Ray. This is a Ray of Divine love, tolerance, adoration, and gentleness. Tuesday is the day when the Pink Flame is especially active, and when its manifestation reaches the highest intensity. The most prominent representative of the Pink Ray is Archangel Chamuel.

The fourth Ray of white light (white flame), stands in the middle of the seven rays, and as such it symbolizes a central point, i.e., point of balance and harmony. The white Ray stimulates the creativity, art, and beauty. The white ray exhibits the greatest power of purification, which is being manifested through the ability of ascending all spiritual faculties of the individual. Wednesday is the day when the outpouring of this ray is at its maximum. Archangel Gabriel is the most prominent representative from the Angelic kingdom for the white flame and white Ray.

The green Ray of light represents concretization, crystallization of substance, knowledge and science. The green Flame is the Flame of balance and Truth. It leads to analysis and development of ideas, especially Divine ideas and impulses that have been conceived in the First Ray of the Blue Flame. This is the Ray of concentration, as a manifestation of the undisturbed sustained attention, which is attained by consecration. In the green Flame we recognize the seat of the physical healing and perfection. Thursday is the day when the fifth green Ray especially strongly manifests its energies. Archangel Raphael, the Angel of healing and consecration is in charge of this Light Ray.

The sixth golden ruby Ray is a Ray of love, devoted service, spiritual healing and idealism. The basic attribute of the sixth golden-ruby Ray is the quality of peace, reached in the process of understanding and accepting the truth, and only after attaining total consecration and dedication. Friday is the day when this Ray exhibits its stronger outpouring. Archangel Uriel, the Angel of Divine service, is the most prominent representative of the ruby Flame.

The Violet Flame and the seventh Ray of light are the most tangible and most expressive of all seven light Rays and Flames in the visible world. The violet Ray carries along the Divine qualities of love, mercy, compassion, spiritual transfiguration and transformation, and freedom. Saturday is the day of its strongest expression. Archangel Zadkiel, the Angel of ceremony and invocation of the Divine powers, is the most prominent representative of the violet Flame from the realm of Angelic beings.

Buels Manual Of Self Help

How to Set Winning Goals and the Keys to Accomplishing Them!

To achieve true happiness and be complete you must first set goals for all areas of your life.

This includes your:

Health

Relationship/ family

Career

Fitness

Fun

Material goods

When it comes to the task of setting goals its best if you first find a quiet room where you will receive no distractions so you can have a clear idea of what you really want. Don't be afraid to set big goals. If it's not challenging enough then you haven't set the bar high enough. You must also hold the BELIEF that you can make it happen.

Setting SMART goals

One really effective way of recording your goals is to use the SMART principle which stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Rewarding and Time-framed goals. It's most important that your goals are Specific for example stating " I have lost 10kg by 1st February 2009" as opposed to "I want to lose weight". You must come up with a way you can Measure or track your to make sure you are moving in the right direction. A great way to do this is to get yourself a food and exercise diary to record all your on a daily basis. "A" stands for Achievable which is a must because if the mountain is too high to climb, chances are you won't even leave base camp. It's also important to keep the Reward in mind or main reason the goals are important to you. It's a must are important YOU and not others. A classic example of this not working is when kids leave school and get pushed into a job that their parents or peers want them to do. Chances are that unless they have a passion for that profession they will not be successful. The last one is having a Time frame or deadline for the accomplishment of your goal. This creates urgency and the need for action steps to be taken.

When writing out you SMART goals write a statement as if has already happened. This is much more effective than saying "I would like to achieve_________ or" I hope this will happen". Use a present tense affirmation such as "I have lost 10kg and have reached my goal weight of _kg by 1st February 2009." By visualising the successful accomplishment this will trick your brain as it doesn't know the difference between reality and your DESIRE. Finally, put feeling and emotion into your goals. If it's a 9 or 10 out of 10 then it gives you the power to move heaven and earth to achieve it.

Once you have set your SMART goals then divide them all into a DO, DOING AND DONE columns for each category, Health, Relationship/ family, Career, Sport, Fun and Material goods. This will give you a clear vision of what you want to achieve in the short and long term.

THE KEYS TO ACCOMPLISHING YOUR GOALS

Take Massive Action!

This is where a lot us break down. It's all very good to set a goal and come up with a plan however it's the doing that makes it a reality. Anyone who is successful in life is a doer consistently. To accomplish anything you need to take MASSIVE ACTION, step by step. Think of a mountain climber scaling Mt Everest. They wouldn't try to do it all at once would they? This requires months if not years of consistent training, hard work and discipline to condition themselves to the harsh environment, so harsh that if you or I would fly straight to base camp Mt. Everest we would die within 4 hours. Once they get there they have 4 camps to reach before tackling the treacherous summit. The same goes for your goals. It's the daily habits are the foundation for everything. To keep on top of this have an ACTION LIST consisting of "5 things that must be done today". Do not deviate from this list. Once you have done this you can then make a start on " 5 secondary things to be done today". This is a great tool to keep you on track.

Review Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually

Review is the most important word in the English language. You can't learn anything and move forward without taking a good hard look at it. Put some time aside to review t the end of your day, week, month, each quarter and each year. It's the most valuable appointment you can have because you can't learn anything and move forward without taking a good hard look at it. After the review comes the plan. The beauty of your goals is that they are dynamic and can change as you change. I believe weekly habits have the greatest ability to steer the ship. This along with your daily review is the most important. It's also important to put your goals somewhere you going to see them often. Perhaps on the fridge, front page of your daily planner or on the bathroom mirror. The more they can be burned into your brain the focused you will be.

Block time

This is one the most effective techniques you can use for accomplishment. It is as simple as placing an appointment in your diary to exercise, plan and prepare you meals as well as eat. You can do this with everything, especially the things that are important to you. If you can, make it the same time each week. What happens, you form a habit and it becomes part of your lifestyle.

Closing thoughts

Don't worry about the "how" but be flexible with the path

Focus on the destination

This requires COURAGE, HARD WORK and FAITH

When you have done your part and worked hard enough then everything will fall into place. Stay focused on what you want and the action steps required.

How to Increase Motivation Through Clear Purpose

Who wants to be a millionaire? Well, let's say I offer you just that - 1 million dollars to cross a plank that is connecting two buildings. They are several hundred feet high and about 30 feet apart. And just to let you know, this tends to be a very windy area and the board you'll be crossing is about 5, maybe 6 inches wide and a couple of inches thick. Alright, any takers? What - not a one? C'mon, it's a million smackers! You, your children and all their pets could live on the interest of a million bucks. Well, maybe not quite, but that's a load of money. Okay, let's change this up a bit. Let's say then that on the other side of that board is your family and unless you make it across to the other side, they'll die. You and you alone can save them. Have you changed your mind?

Alright, I don't really have a million dollars - obviously. But like you, when I read this example as told in the book titled The Power of Story, I was amazed at my change in paradigm. At first, I wouldn't have dreamed of crossing that board. A million dollars wasn't worth it to me. I found, however, that the idea of saving my family was incredibly motivating. I'd have at least tried to make is across, even at my own peril. I'd imagine most of us would.

The point is that when we have purpose, it can be powerful - even to the point of helping us make incredible changes in our lives. Jim Loehr also related the motivating power of purpose to smoking. Most people know it's bad for them and yet that isn't enough motivation for them to change their behavior. He goes on to say that in general, he's found that when women discover they are pregnant - women who've tried to break the habit before - are able to quit cold turkey. Wow! What made the difference? They had a clear and motivating purpose.

We all have bad habits and things that we'd like and need to change. If you're having trouble finding motivation to make the change and stick with it - do some soul searching and find the purpose behind the change. It has to be something you love deeply to have the kind of power to move you, but once you find it, you'll likely be astonished at how quickly you're able to do what needs to be done. Like your favorite super hero, you'll be super powered by purpose to do great things!

Go forth and conquer!

Is the Bible Accurate

I'm going to start with the first book of the holy Bible, Genesis chapter 1 verse one through five. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

And God said," let there be light," and there was light. And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness he called night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.

If the Bible is historically accurate, did God actually create earth. I have been battling over this, my whole life. It's very easy for someone to accept and believe in any religion, government, other people or whatever they truly desire to make real. I see it every day of my life, open your eyes and you will see it to.

It's hard to imagine that a superior entity like God created everything that we touch and see. The moon itself is pretty big and the creation of the sun would prove to be a little more difficult, but if you're God and your all knowing and all powerful, he or she or it, must be one incredible being.

This is only the first couple of paragraphs in the Bible and there is no, I repeat no, historical accuracy to this event. It seems like God or man, whoever wrote the Bible, should have started the Bible with something a little more believable for people that live in the 21st century. It's not hard to imagine someone 2000 years ago, believing in something like this.

2000 years ago the Romans were worshiping their own gods, we might find this ridiculous today but back then the Romans would punish you if you didn't worship their gods. We are not too far from that today. If we don't stop organized religion and their influence on humanity, we're going to have serious problems in the future.

The biggest problem I foresee is common sense. If the Bible has 500 historical accurate facts that can be proven without a doubt by historians, scholars and other intelligent people, but has one thing that can't be explained, how do we handle this. How do we handle the fact that the Bible states God created light? If this is false, what else is false in the Bible.

The Juice is Worth the Squeeze

Have you ever considered that there are two main motivators in life? There is the pursuit of pleasure. And, there is the avoidance of pain. Some might argue that the two are one and the same. I don't think so. We'll talk about that as you read further down.

Success has a price attached to it. Failure has a price tag attached to it. To experience either one, you will pay the price.

Success has a price tag on it that you get to have control over. Failure's price tag comes from default. It automatically shows up.

The price tag of success is paid up front. The price tag of failure is paid later on. The price tag of success gets easier with time. The price tag of failure keeps on costing you for the rest of your life.

Let me begin by saying that failure is never final unless you quit. The only way that you can 'be a failure' is to quit. And amazing advantage that those have who have chosen to quit is, at any moment, they can choose to get back into the game.

You may find yourself sitting at the end of the bench in the game of life. You might have chosen to go sit in the stands and be a spectator. You may have chosen to leave the stadium all together. The great news for you is, the game is still going on and you are welcome to come back. You probably won't come back as the starting quarterback, but there's still room for you on the team.

Why pay the price of success? Well, that's pretty much a no-brainer. There's a reward for success. Why stay in the game and not give up? Well, there's a result of a lot of pain if you give up.

Think about it. The man who has given up. The guy that got in his car, left the stadium and sits and does nothing. Is he happy or sad? Glad or mad? Feeling good about himself or bad? Gets along well with others and enjoys his family and friends? Or is he at odds with the world? Hopeful about things getting better in the world and his own life? Or hopeless, negative and in psychological turmoil? Grateful to others in his life or blaming others in his life?

Its pretty obvious isn't.

Did Michael Jordon make the first shot that he ever took? Probably not. How did, year after year, Michael's stats get better and better? Because he could magically fly? Well, it took a lot of sweat, determination, commitment and work for Michael to learn to 'fly'. : )

What is the price of success? Just hard work? Let's talk about it.

Hard work is definitely involved. However, hard work isn't 'the key' alone. If it were, then everyone who worked hard would be wealthy, right?

There's more involved.

It takes a goal. It takes concentration on your goal UNTIL it is achieved.

It takes awareness. Knowing what's working. And, knowing what isn't working then making adjustments.

It takes managing the negativity of others. Some of whom you might value highly in your life. Vision is said to be, 'you seeing what others can't see.' Just because you have a vision and are excited and passionate about it, doesn't mean that others are going to 'get it'. Let's face it. Its YOUR vision. Not theirs.

It takes facing obstacles, dead ends and sometimes, all out attack on you and your efforts. Yet still, being able to keep going. Keep pursuing. Keep believing.

It takes detractors and even enemies being right about some things, but you still keep believing in yourself, your goals and your vision.

It takes dealing with negative self talk. Learning how to subdue it and counteract it with positive self talk.

You see, no one is born with the Midas touch of creating success effortlessly. You weren't. Nor was I. No one else on the planet either.

The key is using your will to do the thing that you've imagined for your success. Recognizing that there will be a price of time, willpower, opposition, obstacles and even mountains you might have to climb.

BUT, the price for success is worth it. You get to HAVE more, DO more and BECOME more along the way. You won't be the same person in the end that you were in the beginning. You'll change. You'll change FOR GOOD. For the good of your life. For the good of your family. For the good of others.

Make a choice now to pay whatever price you must in order to live the life that you've dreamed of and imagined for yourself. You'll be very glad that you did.
