Success Comes from Failure!

Though I hate to admit it, I failed the computer class I took in college. It would seem the only thing I gained from that particular class was a major hatred for computers, and yet, today I would say I have successfully learned to use a computer. In fact, I actually love computers so much that I could not imagine my life without one.

It is also a fact that I have experienced failure in business, having once started a business that did not go at all as I had anticipated. Today I own and manage three businesses and would consider myself a successful business man.

I know I have failed many times to be the husband and father I have wanted to be. In spite of letting myself and my family down at times, I am still able to say that I have successfully navigated through almost 26 years of marriage and more than 23 years of parenting.

How can it be that I have failed in so many ways, and yet dare to call myself a success? I believe the answer, at least in part, is that wherever I have failed, I have made the choice to change my attitude rather than stay stuck in the muck of my failure. I know that wallowing in failure will never bring me success. Furthermore, I believe that Success is failure, turned inside out; in other words, success comes from failure.

Only one thing can start us on the road to changing failure into success, and that is a major shift in ATTITUDE! This is not always a simple process and can be painful, but what have you got to lose?

Stop for a moment and do a check up from the neck up. Jot down your answers to these questions: What is my attitude? Do I have an attitude for success? What kind of attitude changes do I need to make now so I can achieve success? Am I willing to make the changes in attitude that success requires? What will I do to make sure I keep the right attitude?

Make the decision to not live in the muck of failure. Choose, instead to have an attitude of success! Then tell yourself often, Success is an Attitude, and I have an Attitude for Success!

What Is The Meaning Of Life

How To Make $1000 In 30 Days

There is thousands of people searching for home business or similar terms, like how to make money online and so on. The search results is quite overwhelming and it is hard to believe that it is possible to make this much money with a home business online.

One key factor in order to be successful is to choose only one money making business and stick with it. Most people have problems with this since it is so easy to get sidetracked by other business opportunities online.

The opportunities are there you just have to realize that to be successful you have to be focused and disciplined and make a plan. Like I said stick with one business model and stay away from the hypes that you will find when you are doing research. You will not get the job done if you are reading sales letters all day long. You will not make any money at all if you do not practice and learn how to work with the business model you choose.

You need to be patient and work towards your goals. Set your goals so you can believe it is possible if you do not believe in something it is almost impossible to get the job done. Start by setting your first goal to make $30/day. The goal to keep the dream alive should be more long term but also believable.

When you figure out how to make $30/day and you know exactly how to do this it is easy to duplicate this as many times as you want. Lets say you build a website that generate $10/day all you have to do is build 3 more and you will be making close to a $1000/month.

It might sound difficult to make $1000 in 30 days that is why it is good to break it down. Break down $1000 into 30 days and it will be about $33 a day. It is a big difference and it is your mindset in terms of what you believe that will make you go after the money and get the job done.

Take your home business seriously and take a few hours each week and work with it. When you see graduate progress and keep working on your business model you will be able to make a lot of money on Internet. What is so good about an Internet business is that you can automate almost everything. It will take some time before you are there but it is worth the time to learn this kind of business.

Just imagine working your own hours and to be able to take a week of work whenever you want to. This is the kind of thoughts that keep most home business owners and entrepreneurs going.

One easy way to start a home business website is to use scripts. All you have to do is fill in your affiliate id and some website information and you have a complete website ready to take orders. There is one script that you can use to sell mobile phone ring signals it is working very good since many people want new stuff for there mobile phones. Look at a Demo Here

GAS Up Your Time Management

With those in the 21st century experiencing more change in one year than their grandparents experienced during their entire lifetimes, it is not a wonder that time management continues to be a big personal to organizational challenge. So how are your time management skills?

If the inability to manage your time is getting the better part of you, then the first thing you need to do is shift your paradigm from time management to self management. Lets be frank. How can you manage a constant that being time? Each day and always will have just

  • 60 second per minute
  • 60 minutes per hour
  • 24 hours per day

no more and no less! So the crux of time management is really about you and not about time. When we separate the symptoms from the problem, the solution then becomes much more obvious.

Why is time management important to you? Probably, you have either given a personal commitment to be someplace or to do something. Simply speaking, these commitments are Goals whether they are committed to writing or not.

Goals support time management. Without goals, time management usually implodes and chaos reigns.

So the question is really how are you at goal setting? If your goal setting skills are not as good as they need to be, then consider finding a proven goal setting process that is reinforced with a proven goal setting tool. Your time is directly connected to your goals.

Why does time management continue to be a challenge for you? Maybe your Attitudes or habits of thought are part of the problem.

For example, do you always think that you are going to be late instead of thinking that you will be on time? One of my clients just by changing this attitude of being late to being on time was able to change over 20 years of late behavior in just 30 days.

Our thoughts directly determine our behaviors. Attitudes as said earlier as just habits of thoughts. Change your attitudes and your behaviors will change as well.

Why other skill sets are required for better management of your self? The answer is Self Leadership Skills. Skills such as decision making, problem solving, communication are all tied to effectively management of you. The better you manage and more importantly lead yourself the better use of that constant called time.

G.A.S. up your time management through attitudes, goals and self leadership skills. You just might be surprised by the results.

Stop Gathering Information & Beat Procrastination!

Do you know that most of us are presently spending 80% of our precious time doing things that do not contribute to the success our projects or tasks at hand?

In fact, if you start to look closely at how you spend your time, you will find that you are actually burdening yourself with many unnecessary tasks, giving you the false feelings that you are very busy.

However, the truth is you are not busy at all and there is actually very little accomplishment at the end of the day.

Stress, anxiety and depression, must they be part of our life? Or is it possible for us to totally eliminate them from our life?

Well, it may be true that stress and missing deadlines may happen due to some unforeseen circumstances, however if we were to be willingly to approach them with the correct attitude and right perception, I'm sure we can greatly reduce their presence in our life.

And one way to do it is not to over analyze things. Now, I am not trying to tell you to dive head first into your project without any prior plans.

What I am suggesting is that you just need to gather the necessary information for you to get started. Other information can be gathered along the way as you progress through your projects.

Over analyzing the projects or gathering too much redundant information will cause you to delay in starting your projects.

And not to mention, excessive information will tend to give you a misconception that the tasks at hand is a tedious and difficult one which once again give you another "reason" why you should procrastinate in doing the job.

Can the time be better spent in some other areas of your life rather than gathering excessive and redundant information?

Thus, learn when to wrap up your research phase and get started in your project. Don't worry about not having enough information to complete your project. You can always gather extra information while your project is in the progress.

Also, learn how to cope with unforeseen circumstances. If things could go wrong, it will go wrong. And that is one more reason why you shouldn't indulge yourself in gathering too much information.

If some new adjustments need to be made, what would happen to all your information gathered earlier? They won't be useful for your project anymore, will they?

Ask those successful people around you and they will tell you that good decision comes from opinions and experience, facts later.

Therefore, learn when to say enough is enough and make the decision now to act NOW!

In this fast moving world, the information you gathered today may become obsolete in few months time. If so, why bother gathering all those information in such an early phase of your project?

Thus, if you want to overcome procrastination fast, first focus on getting started, build up your momentum and gather facts later.

Never Give Up On Your Goals

What is a Moon Sign?

In astrology, the Moon sign is the instinctual self, and because of that, some might not feel comfortable with its full expression. In times of great stress, these qualities could be exposed and make the person feel strangely out of control. If youve ever completely lost it, youll know what it's like when the Sun is eclipsed by the Moon and you become a full-fledged lunatic.

While the Sun sign is the core self through which you find expression in the world, the Moon sign is the inner life that only close companions get to experience. Its the private you that reveals itself behind closed doors, when youve put on something more comfortable. Its also the unguarded you that has to act on instinct, the one that comes out in a crisis.

A key relationship in astrology is that between the Sun and the Moon. If someone has an ongoing tug-of-war between the will to act and the emotions, it often shows up there. When you understand the essence of the Moon sign, youre no longer in the dark. This is valuable information for understanding the interior life of family members, friends and of course, potential romantic partners.

But in daily life, the Moon sign is what you fall back on to restore your sense of emotional security. Its the little private habits that are comforting. For some this means reaching out socially, but for others this could mean retreating to a solitary corner of the mind. It also speaks volumes about how you handle your intimate life. Some Moons have a detached air, while others cast a welcoming luminescent glow.

Stomp Out Procrastination

Procrastination is something I must admit I have struggled with in my life. This complex psychological behavior affects almost everyone I know to one degree or another, and it seems a most difficult habit to break. Indeed, most of us even tend to procrastinate about getting rid of our practice of procrastination.

I know in my own life, I had to get to the point where I was so sick and tired of the "disasters" that were created by my "put it off until tomorrow" mentality, that I knew I couldn't live like that any more. I can be a pretty stubborn fellow, and when I make up my mind to do something-or not do it-I know I am on my way to making true life change. So, the first thing I do is make a conscious decision to shift my thinking from "I don't feel like doing this today" or "I am afraid to start this today" or "There's always tomorrow" to "I will take action on this TODAY! I will do what I can today, and I will keep working on it until the task is completed."

You'll be amazed at what happens in your day-to-day productivity if you quit putting things off for another day. Stop letting yourself off the hook and be firm with yourself! Take action, and you will become! Take action and you will make change! Take action and you will be done with that task you were so dreading to do, and now you are free to move on to the next thing on your list.

I challenge you to make a list, right now, of the things that you have been putting off. Look over the list. What can you get accomplished in the next ten minutes? What can you get accomplished in the next day? What can you get a start on today, that you can diligently work on each day, or each week, until the job is done?

Don't be afraid to get some help, if you need it. (I believe in the principle of an accountability partner.) Ask someone that you know will be tough on you to hold you accountable to achieving the result. Give them permission to get tough on you if you start to slip into old habits of procrastination.

Finally, I want to make sure that you understand that we can easily bite off more that we can chew. We are all only human, and must remember to be realistic in our expectations of what we can accomplish. Don't set yourself up for failure by attempting to do more than is humanly possible. RememberBalance in all things.

Change Your Thoughts - Change Your World

Thoughts are powerful. We hear that all the time. Thoughts control our inner world and leak into our outer world in the form of actions. Most people muddle on with their lives with no awareness of what impact of their thoughts are. If you are not one of those people here are some hints toward regaining control of your inner world.

  • Become aware of what you are thinking: Take an hour out of your day, and have a notebook handy. Write down all of your thoughts whether they be positive, negative or trivial. You will be surprised at what you are really thinking when you pay conscious attention to it.
  • Change the thoughts that no longer suit you: If you are thinking negative thoughts the majority of the time this is impacting negatively on your world. When these thoughts appear, change them. It will get you more in tune with your values. Practise, but it is well worth the effort involved.
  • Exercise and concentrate on your body's movement rather than the thoughts going through your mind: This seems left of field, but not only will the endorphins make you feel better, it clears your mind. Slowing down the rate of thinking is an effective way to change your thoughts because you become more aware of them.

There are many self-help courses out there that can assist you with learning more about controlling your thoughts, and they are well worth seeking out. But in the meantime try some of these simple steps and see the results. What have you got to lose?

Lynette Mitchell invites you to learn The Secret Behind The Secret. She is a self-help enthuisast, and currently studying and applying the Law of Attraction in her life. If you wish to learn more go to her page and check out her course reviews.
